Speakers at International Khatme Nabuwwat Conference Demand “Qadianis Must Be Declared Non-Muslim”

The International Khatme Nabuwwat Conference, organized by the Combined Khatme Nabuwwat Council, was held on Saturday at Dhaka’s historic Suhrawardy Udyan. The conference, attended by hundreds of thousands, focused on the demand to officially declare the Qadianis as non-Muslims and protect the finality of Prophethood.

In the conference declaration, scholars reiterated that Prophet Muhammad (SAW) is the final Messenger, and anyone denying this belief falls outside the fold of Islam. They stated that Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani’s claim to prophethood is against Islamic teachings. The declaration demanded that Qadianis be officially listed as non-Muslims, prohibited from using Islamic terms, and barred from presenting their worship places as mosques.

Mufti Dr. Enayetullah Abbasi, Ameer of Khatme Nabuwwat Bangladesh, said:
“If the fundamental demands of Muslims are not reflected in the constitution, such a constitution cannot be accepted. The government avoids this issue under the pretext of secularism.”

Islami Andolan Bangladesh Ameer Mufti Syed Rezaul Kayyum stated:
“This government is not an elected one. We demand immediate legislation to declare Qadianis non-Muslim.”

Hefazat-e-Islam Ameer Shah Muhibbullah Babunagari, in his written speech, said:
“Over 104 countries have already declared Qadianis as non-Muslim. We will continue our movement until this demand is fulfilled.”

Jamaat-e-Islami Assistant Secretary General Rafiqul Islam Khan added:
“If elected to power, Jamaat will officially declare the Qadianis as non-Muslim. There is unanimous consensus in the Muslim world on this matter.”

Scholars from Pakistan, India, Egypt and several other countries participated in the event.
